   Artistic Ventures International, LLC.  Model compensation and guidelines for our TFP* and Paid projects.

     *(TFP: Trade For Prints). TFP allows you a great opportunity to start or increase your portfolio. 

Each Model is an independent contractor and, as such, is not employed by the Photographer, Artistic Ventures International, LLC. Agency, Publication or Gallery.  Each Model is solely responsible for all taxes, insurance, and licenses which may be required.  Payment terms described are subject to change without advance notice.   

TFP

Artistic Ventures International, LLC. and/or any subsidiary or its affiliates are always searching for new Models and is offering aspiring models a chance to build a fantastic portfolio free of charge.  Typical TFP projects may include but are not be limited to film/camera testing, new sets, lighting styles or techniques, clothing styles, hair styles, make-up styles or techniques, body paint styles or techniques, creatives (experimental photography), extras, stand ins, web page photography, or an extra for Premiere Studio Productions movie production.

Models wishing to be considered for TFP assignments should fill out the Model submission form online, and send Artistic Ventures International, LLC.  any stats or photos that will help us to place you on an assignment with us.   

However if we select you, You will have to meet certain requirements including but not limited to.

Requirements are as follows:

1. Be committed to being a Studio Model

2. You must sign our Model release form

3. You must provide us with two forms of government issued ID - (no exceptions)

4. Models under the age of 18 must have required parental consent - (no exceptions)

5. Only Models age 18 years old or older (proof of legal age - 18 years old or older required) will be considered for any Modeling to include but not limited to lingerie, sheer, topless, semi nude, artistic nude, nude type work, or any other type of modeling that may be considered mature or adult in nature - (must be 18 or older absolutely no exceptions).

6. Be able to take direction, have basic concept of posing, be able to relate to the camera -(i.e. show a variety of different moods, attitudes, and emotions, wear an outfit and show it off, make working in cold water look warm and inviting).

7. Know how to move on-camera, showing your best features and hiding your flaws.

8. Be on time to your assignment and ready to work (its much harder than it looks).

9. Be prepared to have fun and make some awesome photos.

10. You may also be invited to appear with Artistic Ventures International, LLC. and/or any subsidiary or its affiliates to do signings and promotional work.

PAID:

Artistic Ventures International, LLC. and/or any subsidiaryor its affiliates does also look for Professional/Semi-Professional Models for paid projects or shoots.  Rates may vary and are based in part on the Clients production budget, Artistic Ventures International, LLC. production budget or the type of usage.  Projects and Assignments include Fashion, Calendars, Magazine, Mature/Adult, Stock, Catalog, Media Covers (i.e. Book, CD, DVD, etc.), Web page or Extra for Premiere Studio Productions movie production.

Models wishing to be considered for upcoming paid projects should fill out the Model submission form online and provide us with your professional portfolio to view, or include a link to your stats and information page where Artistic Ventures International, LLC. can view some of your work, portfolio, and all pertinent information.

Artistic Ventures International, LLC. Actor Agreement and Guidelines for our Non-Paid, Deferred payment, and Paid Acting Assignments.  Non-paid and Deferred Pay offer aspiring Actors an excellent chance further develop their Talent, get listed in Credits, build your Reel.  Typical Non-Payment or Deferred Payment Production may include but are limited to film/movie camera tests, lighting set up experiments, shorts, no-budget independent, low-budget independent, promotion film, pilot, independent, , or video production.  

Each Actor is an independent contractor and, as such, is not employed by the Cinematographer, Photographer, Artistic Ventures International, LLC., Agency, Publication, Gallery, or Film.  Each Actor is solely responsible for all taxes, insurance, and licenses which may be required.  Payment terms described are subject to change without advance notice.

Actors wishing to be considered for Assignments should fill out the Actor submission form online, and send Artistic Ventures International, LLC. any Headshots and Resume that will help us to place you on an assignment with us.   

However if we select you, You will have to meet certain requirements including but not limited to.

Requirements are as follows:

1. Be committed to being a Studio Actor

2. You must sign our Actor Agreement form or forms as required for each Production, (i.e. Non-Payment, Deferred Payment, SAG Weekly Theatrical, Low-Budget Non-Union Day Player, Extra Agreement, or Extra Release. 

3. You must provide us with two forms of government issued ID - (no exceptions)

4. Actors under the age of 18 must have required parental consent - (no exceptions)

5. Only Actors age 18 years old or older (proof of legal age - 18 years old or older required) will be considered for any Acting to include but not limited to lingerie, sheer, topless, semi nude, nude type work, or any other type of Acting that may be considered mature or adult in nature -(i.e. Character with scenes in film genre of Horror/Gore or Science Fiction) such Actors must be 18 or older absolutely no exceptions.

6. Be able to take direction, have good concept of acting.

7. Be on time to your assignment and ready to work (its much harder than it looks).

8. Be prepared to have Fun and make some awesome Films.

H. PRIVACY POLICY

The following privacy policy governs our online collection of information from you.  We handle the information you provide us with confidentiality and care.  We do not and will not, distribute, rent or sell any personally identifiable information to third parties, other than as necessary to process your credit card payment.  This Site takes reasonable precautions to maintain the security of any information obtained from and about you. We provide you with a secure web page through which to submit your billing information when you make your purchases from our Site.  We maintain your personally identifiable information in a reasonably secure manner including storing such information behind firewalls.

We use information solely in order to process your credit card payment, and to communicate with you.  We may also use information to send periodic e-mail newsletters and promotional e-mail to you about services and products offered by us, if such communication has been requested by you.  You will not receive any e-mail from us unless you have requested it and can indicate at any time that you do not wish to receive e-mail information from us.  We do not provide your e-mail to third parties.

I. RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from this Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract.  This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
